I agree with Mark, this should run regardless of the CAM signal.

Here is a cature from a 2001 1.4 16v, should be the same.
The sync and ign events appear to be in time. Interesting to see the cmp signal not holding to ground?
It looks like you have got the cam signal AC coupled, you will want to change this to DC.
If you introduce fuel to the manifold and the vehicle runs you may be better scoping the injector circiut (current & control volts) during the whole event of starting up & stalling.
Put enough time on the screen with the sample rate turned up to 1us.
This is assuming you have definatley got adequate fuel pressure/flow?
How many channels have you got?
If 4
A= CMP
B= CKP
C= INJ current
D= Ign primary
You should get a direction from that as to why the car cuts out even if it leads you to voltage drop testing ect.
Is air through the engine unrestricted?
Relative/Compression test.
