hi guys.

I have a corolla in, the revs are hanging
high 4000 rpm as soon as you turn the key.

No fault codes. Cleaned throttle out ,still same.
live data shows throttle pot at 93% ,but throttle is
closed. is it throttle body ,wire or ecu. If you disconnect idle vale drop by 1000,but still not
right. Auto data shows some cars had ecu fault.
anyone had this fault.
