Low pressure supply pump pressure is about 4-5 bar. Tech2 live data doesn't show low pressure on live data.
High pressure data should show 4999kpa as a desired pressure and of course the system should try to achieve it.
If it cant you should be looking at the high pressure system.
I use the Pico and WPS to check LP vs fuel reg duty vs fuel rail pressure sensor.
If the duty cycle is high on the pressure reg [around 90%] the PCM is instructing it to open and supply more pressure.
I don't think PL will alter much during the rev range.
You say you have checked the MAF. How? Did you scope it against O2 to see if you are getting adequate voltage and mixture?
Sorry , I don't have a known good cam vs crank trace.
