Agree with Chris, 5 bar is too high. Regulated pressure should be between 2.1 and 2.5 bar and should not fluctuate. Fuel pump delivery pressure should be between 5 and 6.3 bar. I would change the fuel filter as a matter of course and then turn attention to fuel pressure regulator and fuel pressure regulator solenoid. If the cat is glowing red, maybe this is due to excessive fuel accumulating in the cat. However, the exhaust emission analysis looks good.
