As Sean has said, check supply pump pressure before HP pump, you should have 2.5 bar, insufficient pressure will result in the high pressure system shutting down--this appears to be your problem as the rail pressure you mention is about the default value of the pressure regulator. You need a minimum of 200 bar rail pressure for ecu to trigger injectors. Your fault codes are probably red herrings and nothing to do with your start problem. Ed Kaps
