    CAR NON STARTER.ECU IS MARELLI.
    CAR STARTED GIVING TROUBLE BY FAILING TO START BUT AFTER 10 MINS WOULD FINALLY START UP.NOW
    WONT GO AT ALL.
    FUEL PUMP RUNS,BUT NO SPARK.NO IMMOBILISER KEYPAD.JUST IMMOBILISES WITH REMOTE KEY.
    WHEN YOU PUT IGNITION ON YOU HAVE BRIEFLY 12VOLTS TO COIL + INJECTORS,BUT YOU LOOSE THEM WITHIN 1 SECOND OF CRANKING.
    RESISTANCE ON CRANKSHAFT SENSOR SEEMS OK,AND VOLTAGES TO CRANKSHAFT SENSOR APPEAR ON CRANKING.
    HAVE TRIED ENGINE MANAGEMENT RELAY WHICH IS BOLTED TO ECU,BUT STILL WONT START..
    ANY IDEAS WELCOME.IE ARE ECU S PRONE TO TROUBLE ON THESE,LIKE THE 405 PEUGEOT WHERE THEY RECOMMEND COIL PACK REPLACEMENT AS WELL.?????????'
    ONE THING FINALLY ABOUT 4WEEKS AGO HE COULD NOT TURN THIS CAR OFF DUE TO FAULTY IGNITION SWITCH,SO HE WAS DISCONNECTING BATTERY TO STOP CAR,MAYBE CAUSING PREMATURE ECU FAILURE.
