will check in the morning, can't see a mark on the IP gear, should there be one and where?? the only thing i can find is two paint marks that do line up on TDC with the crank pin in, also fitted TDC pin with the head off so i know that is ok. is the roll pin in the bottom pulley behind the crank pulley? and does it normally go if the belts gone out of syncro or just with total failure? i remember now it's a pin in the IP at 12 O'clock, so crank to pump timing must be ok as i remember the holes being aligned. looking more like a pump fault but why when it was running before, can the fuel leaking out while the pipes are off cause problems, KTS blerb says never start them dry but does not say anything about do not let then stand with no fuel in
