Just had one of these in with a severe hesitation at the engine speed you specify. Ok when accelerating gradually. I don't know if yours is doing the same. I found a split vac pipe going to the solenoid just behind the air filter box. Cut it back and, at the same time, removed the air flow meter plug and cleaned the connections. Drove fine after that. The eng man light was on so I don't know if the AFM was at fault or not! Haven't got the sofware for these. HTH.
