Hi Andrew,
I've got what I think is the right diagram for you, but no pin data! Is this any good. If it is email me your address and I'll post it to you. I can't see a way of emailing it directly, and if I scan in the print-out a lot of the detail will be lost. Incidentally, the ECU signal input at 5V isn't necessarily indicative of a fault. There may just be a resistor in the ECU pulling it up to 5V when not loaded by the MAP. What is it with MAP connected?
