could be compresion fault as this still logs a mifire code but sometimes with renaults if you don't clear the codes the misfire will remain until you do so. Injector faults would also log codes but if it scopes ok then doubt this would be the fault unless its mechanical issues with the injector (leading) but with low mileage doubtful. Could be intermittent coil breakdown as they seem to do this. (Pencil type)
