    If the car starts,runs and drives ok and the only issue is an idle fault then it is very unlikely to be a fault with the KE system.This engine uses an unusual system of air bleed via plastic/rubber pipework that allows air into the manifold via a "shroud" around each injector.This is controlled by the air slide on top of manifold (as previously described).Check resistance of air slide,it may be open circuit.Also check for power and earth circuits to the valve with engine running.The controller for the air idle system can be located below the pass side footwell false floor ,next to KE controller.I can check tomorrow ,I have same car in my workshop at the moment.hth
