Hi Michael, thanks for your post, I did clear DTC,s before returning car to customer, it`s been running for a week now with Launch CRecorder datalogger on board, no phonecall yet!! fingers crossed. I`m certainly looking forward to getting more confident with Vag-Com but very wary of doing anything disasterous with the click of a mouse! Locat VW tech suggested checking altitude correction factor and making sure it was as close to zero as poss, this one intrigues me, air density reduces with altitude, the air mass meter monitors the airflow, I assume there is an atmospheric pressure sensor in ECU but as this changes hourly where does it measure air density? anyone know? a case of more questions than answersI fear! I shall be glad when I`m able to post fix on this one, still if we learn something it`s another step up the ladder! Best regards Roger
