VW, Polo, 1.4 16v BBY eng code 2002. Archived Message Posted by Mike field on May 1, 2008, 9:05 am Hi everyone. We are in need of a little bit of help again!! We sold a little polo a couple of weeks ago and we have had it more than the customer has!! The engine management light keeps coming on (not the E.P.C though) but the vehicle drives with no faults at all. I have code read the system many times and cleared the codes many time!! It has never come up with the same code twice! The first code was:16407/P0023 camshaft position actuator, exhaust/right/rear, bank 2 - circuit malfunction. I cleared the code and then drove the vehicle for three days with no light and then it came on again and the next code was: 16490/P0106/000262 - Manifold / Barometric Pressure Sensor (G71) / (F96): Implausible Signal So i tested the M.A.P sensor. It was all in spec but we decided to replace it anyway. Drove the vehicle for a day and the light came on again!! So i read the codes again!! This time i got this code. 17550/P1142/004418 - Load Calculation Cross Check: Lower Limit Exceeded I have cleared the codes again and the light has been of for the last 2 days but i think it will be back on in a couple of days so any help would be greatly appreciated.
