we had car back in from customer. code p0023 last one we read. we then had car and drove it for 350 miles over 3 weeks ourselves....light never came on again. We decided we could not give it back without doing something, so decided to renew throttle body( we have done these before in similar situations)i know its not agood idea to start guessing, but as we sold her the car we felt obliged to do something. the next day light was on again!!! so after consideration changed the egr valve, again common fault on these. car drove fine light out no codes. next day its back on!!!!! code p0023 (16407/P0023 camshaft position actuator, exhaust/right/rear, bank 2 - circuit malfunction.) what to do? car seems to run fine, help needed desperatley!!! we have got to be missing something here. thanks for any help you can give.
