Hi all, customer got a brand new ECU for this car and the car now starts but cuts out due to the immobilser. I needed to know if anybody could tell me if there is any way to code these besides bringing to the dealer? I tried it with vag - com the way it is listed on there site and I tried it with the KTS neither worked. This has a seperate immobilser not in the instrument panel. On vag - com went into immobilser , adaption left channel at 00 and saved. turned key off and waited 15 seconds as per instructions. Does this only work after a ECU is programmed at a dealer?
