    hi,stuck on this one. vehicle came in by tow rope
    quickly concluded no injection pulse (switching wire permanently grounded)sent ecm off for testing
    came back repaired but with caveat. DO NOT RE-FIT ECM UNTIL VEHICLE REPAIRED - ECM SHORTED AT PIN ONE (5v FEED TO TPS). the company were saying that this was not an internal fault on the ecm, but a fault generated by vehicle.
    diagnosis so far
    with ignition on check for voltage on blue/black wire going to pin 1 at ecm, also tried cranking, was hoping for 12v
    no such luck - pin 1 wire is clean with no voltage
    check loom for chaffing, cut open loom at vunerable spots to check for broken - chaffed wires - nothing found. frightened to hook up ecm unti i find something. anyone got any ideas. my guess is i have to check all sensors for dead short etc
    any help would be appreciated
