Hi Ken. If your unhappy with the pricing and quality and quantity of Autodata information, Why not E-Mail them and let them know, I did and they replied to me saying that thousands of other customers were happy with the product and they thought that it was good value at just over £1.00 per day. ( £5.00 per day would be ok if the information that we needed was there when we needed it and if it was correct ). And they also said that the information must be good as they are Iso approved. ??
I sent them another e-mail stating several mistakes and inaccuracies that I had found, As I usually come across one every time that I need the info. They Never replied to the last E-Mail, So they can shove the rest of their products where the Sun don't shine. as Wrong Information is worse than no information. It's a pity that they don't work like haynes and use proper Photographs of vehicles that they have actually worked on rather than shabby diagrams that look nothing like what you are working on.
If they don't listen to customers and correct faults in their information when they are told about it, How will it ever get any better. ??
This is the guy that I wrote to, So if anyone sees a mistake, Send him an e-mail to see what he has to say. If enough people send them complaints, they might eventually get it right and make it worth buying. ??
