your boost pressure is definately higher than it should be.the boost control valve is located at the ns/r of the engine compartment,it is only a basic 2 wire solenoid, resistance should be 14-20 ohms,put a feed and an earth to the unit and you should hear it click. i have done 2 of these vehicles with the same code flagged and the same symptoms,BOTH have been a faulty turbo unit which are apparently very prone to failure. i suggesst you test the boost valve and if it is functioning you advise your customer the turbo be removed and tested. i dont know what area you are in but the only turbo people i trust and dont repair it unless it actually needs it are independant turbo specialists in leeds 01132 854922. have fun. sean
