Thanks for the replies, Peter the CO corrected was different to CO. I queried the 'hole' in the rear box as it looked almost new. Customer had also queried it with the supplier but was told the blow was an intentional hole to drain condensation. I am going to plug the hole with GunGum and see if that helps.
