Rear box leaking at folded seam hidden by mounting strap and half a farmyard. Cleaned up and sealed. Good hard roadtest followed by a clean BET test. Seems to have been a combination of incorrectly piped Tank Vent Valve, too large an orifice in the PCV tapping (drilled out) plus the blowing rear silencer. However out of interest after the precious certificate had been handed over I plugged the gas analyzer into the exhaust and yep..CO back up to 0.7%, held at fast idle for at least 5 minutes still the same. Out onto the road and within a minute back to textbook emissions. Naff Cat methinks! Thanks for the input as always Andrew
