If its just a small drain hole, it really should not effect the readings. I thought it was a rusted/blown hole in the exhaust. Other things that can cause the COcorr to not agree with CO are air pumps, pulse air systems, injector problems and also leaking EGR valves (this one is mainly seen at idle because the EGR should be closed) Cheers Peter Wright
