The Foot interregnum was while in opposition. The Tory poll recovery began before the Falklands fiasco. It was because Foot had been elected (as far as Liarbour votes were worthy of the name) that the Gang of Four split the partei and guaranteed a Tory victory on a lower vote than 1979 (FPTP to the rescue). In 2019 the gang of lots of Bliarites and zionist antisemite proxies didn't need to leave to split the partei, they sabotaged it from inside, as they had during the 2017 "election" campaign. Liarbour has always betrayed the working class, bridling it when thing are going well for workers and ignoring them when things are going bad.
