-They aren't "electors" even if on the Electoral register. They didn't vote therefore didn't elect anyone. Why is it you can't seem to get into your head the difference between potential & actual?

And the reason they don't "count" is because counting votes that aren't made is either subjective whimsy or in real life is generally known as fraud.
Otherwise there's nothing to say about what they believe because you don't actually know.
