Did they distribute/ sell thousands of cheap subsidised explosive pagers just in the hope that they would end up in the hands/ pockets of Hezbollah people...and then just explode the lot irrespective of who had the device?
It's hard to see otherewise how 3,000 would be wounded by this event. Is so It's just base terrorism, but that's Israel all through.
