On twitter the dot-connecting is so far going like this: Hungary --> Orban --> Friend of Putin --> Putin.

I think everyone sees how idiotic that is but it's possible that was behind the choice of that company to get a bit of shade thrown on Russia at the same time. This is perhaps what's behind Pepe's MI6 nudge from his "well-informed Russian intel source", trying to deflect some of that flak.

Not sure why they'd need to deflect when everyone and their auntie knows the apartheid state did it.
