I remember Marjons well, and the rollercoaster ride to get there.
I was there for about five months I think, doing humanities...my first foray into philosophy with some very religious guy as a tutor.
Girlfriend problems and complications scuppered Marjons for me though and it didn't work out and moved oop north the following year to continue my studies.
I remember a lot of weird names from that area...our lodgings were in Mutley Plain, walking distance to the town centre.
I never liked the navy/squaddie vibe of the place.
