Mediafire can cope with up to 4gb for free accounts so that should cope with most 1080p mp4 files which usually come in around 1.3 - 2.4 gm.
So all you have to do is go to https://www.mediafire.com/
and click on "Upload files now" then drag and drop the file you want into the box. It will then upload and check it (likely to be quite slow with a big file). When it's finished it will give you a link which you can copy and paste to allow others to download the file.
There are other options, like https://www.file.io/ which is a similar deal; drag and drop the file then it spits out a link which you copy and paste. Same 4gb size limit.
If you want to have faster download options then you are getting into paid services and I don't use any of them so have no idea about options.
