I mean, skills can be small things of benefit: like, say, learning to use a potato peeler, or somatically helpful :like learning how to use your body weight instead of your muscles to shovel shit, or perhaps just playful: say, learning Mah Jong. Five in a week eh? And building them rather than learning them? Weird. Maybe it's Yanqui jargon or just internet-speak.
