At this stage of the 'game' it's gonna require a truly gargantuan effort to stop, let alone reverse the anti-semitism story about Corbyn and Labour, because, for way too long it's been allowed to grow and grab the headlines... unopposed. The internatl enquiries haven't helped as they've seemingly accepted the premise that there was something serious there that deserved to be addressed and uncovered. These accusations are very clever because one is quickly placed in the position of having to proove one's innocence, which is more diffcult that it seems. If one looks at the historical record of the witchtrials in Germany from the 17th century, one sees that midwives were a group that were placed in a dagerous position, because of high infant mortality and 'rumours' that functioned as 'proof' and they were often made scapegoats. The authorities were concerned that if a witch was identified and nothing was done about it, the mob could quickly take over and there could be violence in the streets that could quickly get out of hand and the subject for the mob's anger could change and a general riot follow. So, the authorities stepped in early once a rumour and accusations began to fly and quickly arrested the woman and began to interrogate her. This was almsot a formality as interrogation almost always produced results, a confession. The 'trick' was not to becom the subject of an investigation in the first place. Once the investigation started, it was all mostly over for the accused and a formality. One's only chance was if someone of sufficient stature appeared to vouch for the accused's charcter, someone able to question the premise of witchcraft itself and come with an alternative story, rational explanation, as to why the child had died. In Cologne as famous Doctor came forward and explained that the child was sickly and weak and would have died anyway. This intervention saved the midwife before the torture went too far and she confessed to being in league with the Devil. Her life was saved, but she was forced to give up her practice in Cologne and move to Berlin. So there's a pattern in these stories that repeats over and over again. There are lessons to be learned. Like a powerful voice intervening at an early stage not to create a dialogue, by then it's probably too late, but to forcefully rebutt the accusations themselves before things get out of hand and virtual mass-hysteria breaks out and rationality gets trodden on. Corbyn and Labour don't deserve the trust of the British poeple, if they don't even have the intelligence and character, the ability and quality to stand up to a witchunt within their own ranks. There, he should have all the advantages imaginable, yet he still fails miserably. If he can't run the Labour Party, how on earth can he run the country?
