Also, I think it's clear that since the Guardian got a new editor, Viner; things have gone rapidly downhill. Over the last few years, increasingly, stories seem linked to the security services, the same sevices who regard Assange as a threat and enemy of the West. Journalists refer to 'sources' in their 'revelations', and give credence to the information their being spoon-fed, far more than before. Also, the Guardian has begun to feature articles actually written by seniour figures in the UK's security services, acting, basically as a mouthpiece, so they can speak directly to the educated middle-class. Rather than adopting a critical stance to the secret security services, the Guardian has no embraced them. Which means that one of the few spaces were voices critical of the security services existed, has been shut down.
