Not sure, but I do think that voting then requires rules and the board rules of transgression which should also be debated. Who gets to nominate someone for a deselection vote? The suggested board would be a debating society. At the outset I set up a forum explicitly for that purpose and no one used it which is why boardhost closed it I guess. Also near the outset I suggested setting up an unlimited company/club to share board ownership. The few that responded said that they were not prepared to share the risk. I'm not creating a debating society here. As always if you want to vote to leave I will arrange and facilitate.
