If the UK cannot extradite where there is a death penalty - what is 175 years if not a death penalty Archived Message

- when was the last time any human survived until they were over 223 years old ( he will be 48 in July) - a prison sentence which guarantees someone dies in custody is a death sentence, they are permanently deprived of what most people would consider life. Of course the chances of JA surviving 223 days in a US gaol are slim given the degree of violence and the numbers of deaths there. On all counts JA should not be extradited to the US under UK law - but when has that stopped British "justice"! cheers
