Testimonies were then "revised“ by police (not the women) & re-submitted to a different prosecutor with political links. UK CPS advising swedish prosecutor not to question assange, just one of many. if anything the treatment of this case undermines prosecution of rape. However, no matter how politicized, there is no excuse for a @UN_SPExperts to discuss allegations of sexual violence in that manner. Statements like this have a chilling effect on victims of sexual violence speaking out, outside of this case. We’re not interested in Assange.
