The couple very deliberately (but ill-advisedly) positioned themselves and their PR teams as 'humanitarians', with 'the people', fighting for 'chidren', ready to fight for non-racism, non-sexism, etc. They're ready to fight the good identity politics fights with memes, it seems, but are utterly clueless as to where the words 'privilege' and 'entitlement' fit on the intersection scale.
