Not ad nauseam, reductio ad absurdum, ad infinitum m.. I realise that the accusation of Anti-Semitism is a thing (as they say), my point is that the British (esp.), Left leave themselves open to it.. Until all (including the avowedly atheist and agnostic), may; "advise the crown on ecclesiastical matters" as our P.M is supposed to (since the restoration), in order to prevent monarchical hegemony re: state institutions.....only protestant Puritanism can really get a look in re: the reigns of power...therefore the only sensible stance in any multi-faith, multi-ethnic society is republican.. Any debate that does not take account of this obvious fact needs-must tend to navel-gazing..this is why I do not (as a rule), partake of such.. Per ardua ad astra! |
