@mack. Re: Cameraman who filmed that take-off shot must have been left on moon. If you look at YouTube of this take-off you see notice people in below-the-line comments asking about that, but replies are blocked. The explanation seems to be that the camera was remote controlled from earth: what was remote control tech capability in 1972? I haven't a clue. in list of "items left on moon" Hasselblad cameras are mentioned. It should still be there in the same tripod position when Russians have a close look in 2020 if their specially-designed micro-satellite is sent as announced. IF the whole episode was but a simulation and the Russians know this, then perhaps Russian are holding this projected on-site 'inspection' over America's head as a kind of leverage, an 'exposure' threat? I have little knowledge of or interest in moon landings. A friend who saw the capsule in the Washington Museum said it looked like a high school science project. I guess the first cars and computers looked primitive, too... but they worked. There's a new Hollywood movie out about the moon, apparently: perhaps that's why the moon is a hot topic of discussion again? Anyone seen it? Overall, I care less about moon landings and far more about the lies and distortions put out every day, down here
