Exactly, that should have been provided. With suitable explanation, I think very few parents would refuse injection of a vitamin. I'd say this info should be provided in advance of any need arising so that people can look into it. That's normal for informed consent, which I thought was a legal requirement. Was it a long while ago? The common fears arise because of a lack of trust. There is also misinformation by the medical establishment on vaccine issues. If they would let go of the idea that we can move towards a situation where everyone can be forced or bullied to vaccinate their children, an honest process of exchanging views, evidence and information could take place. The outcome would be a little uncertain, but I think it would be better than what we have.
