As far as I can tell, it was never about any predictions come the election. Just that Corbyn was letting down the pro-brexit working class. If Corbyn appeared more pro-brexit, he'd probably have lost many more amongst remainers, of which there are roughly the same number. He was between a rock and a hard place and an extremely aggressive media. An impossible place for a softly spoken pacifist. |
