Postal voting is wide open to fraud: most especiali in the case of councils where a few votes can have a profound effect. the Judge in the Birmingham case in 2005 said the UK's postal voting system enabled a level of fraud "... which would disgrace a "banana republic" and noted more recently that nothing has changed since then. It would be best to stop it altogether for anyone other than the disabled, the very elderly or those with similar mitigating circumstances. Of course the level of ongoing fraud committed every day by the corporate media, the BBC and the other broadcasters is on another level altogether. |
