Maybe not The Workers (though who really knows what will slide into the vacuum as it develops?). But something, anyway, that takes account of the fundamentally changed circumstances under which socialist political campaigning now operates; the changed world (with a lot more drastic change coming) that simply isn't what it was when old Labour was riding high - as was the relatively un-corrupted Democratic party in the US previously, which is now also seemingly on the skids. Parties do pass their raison d'etre, and dissolve. It happens. Smells to me as if some such may be happening here and now. Even if successfully recaptured, the Labour party will have to be substantially re-cast, to be equal to the new circumstances. Glad in a way that I'm now to old and worn out to get involved actively...
