the Neolithic Era. And now - brainlessly - 'outsourced'. I predict that domestic grain milling will be back with a bang soon, in Eire as everywhere else, as the idiotic globalisation obsession ebbs away into the chaos of its own infeasibility. I already grind my own meals from various feedstocks - using a cheapo copy of a traditional hand-cranked meat-mincing machine. Works a treat, and gives a good bit of worthwhile exercise too! In fact, I have a milling session scheduled for later today...
