| I took it to mean military and police. Some are licensed to kill and get called heroes for it. No wonder there are others who without license do the same. I doubt the millions killed in the me by western soldiers could see the difference. If you wonder where the brutality and violence in our society comes from, that's a good starting place. Most of us recognise that behaviour to be wrong (even those who in separate parts of their brain excuse the military and police). Some do not. Either one is equally inexcusable. |
