I notice - even here at TLN - that the global panic-screeching seems to have toppled quite a few previously pretty stable commentators into snarling denunciation of anyone who deviates from (their own preferred interpretation of) the current official line about what's happening with covid (despite the near-impossibility at the moment of getting any 100%-reliable information about it). Mutual slagging all round! Amazing what stampeding panic fear will do to people, innit?
