Thanks Tomski. Very interesting. Alastair Logan is a much revered figure locally. If only there were more like him with his great sense for justice and fair play. https://www.lsbu.ac.uk/study/study-at-lsbu/our-schools/law-and-social-sciences/subjects/law/inspired-by-law/alastair-logan-obe I do hope he is still around and in good health. I share his concerns about the use of tasers (in the Law Gazette piece) and have been so since their introduction to this country. His expression in that photo describes him completely. |
