He had traces of fentanyl and methamphetamine in his blood but the autopsy that was quoted didn't name that as cause of death. Also, the "four times the lethal dose" stretch is only correct because they found someone that died after taking a quarter of the concentration they found in GF's blood. If he had OD'd on fentanyl he wouldn't be talking, writhing about or otherwise active.
