Who said AN wasn't involved? Archived Message

Despite your unnecessarily confrontational tone I'll provide a civil answer. Unlike claims in the article about the Italian engineer that Lithium was responsible for the cloud, because AN produced a yellow one, I don't agree. From my limited experience of AN explosions, the cloud is the colour of NO5, which is a reddish brown, and it's unlikely that there wasn't a substantial quantity of AN still in the warehouse even if some had gone to make truck bombs or grow grapes. The point is that this AN store was a great disquise for the device that caused the devastating blast wave and earthquake, which however simply cannot be attributed to AN alone. If you haven't read that article yet you should, to understand just how difficult it would be to set off such a quantity all at one moment. I don't know what sort of nuclear devices Israel has developed, but then we wouldn't would we? Who do you trust? Do you not distrust those who try to claim Hezbollah was to blame, and who also claim that AN was responsible - so should doubt that also?
