I do too. It's easy for people to dismiss it as "a slasher in space" which of course at its heart it is, but it's a lot lot more. One of those perfect storm moments when lots of things happened to be just right. Stands up to pretty much endless rewatches.
I like "Aliens" too and then I think there's a fairly big drop in quality as the sequels go on although that's pretty standard for things once Hollywood decide to start cranking the handle.
