Hi Peter, I have used Wurth now for many years and have always found it does a fair job. I must admit to being a little scepticle about fuel system cleaners, that was until last week! We had a Fiat Brava 1.6 sixteen valve in from another garage for non-start and poor running problems. Anyway, after checking the obvious, we found the plugs to be pooped. Fitted new plugs and it started first turn. Whilst warming up, the car still had a slight misfire. Upon monitoring live data by serial and observing gas readings I could see it had a slight lean misfire. I let the engine run for about 30 minutes, Checked that the serial was seeing good lambda data and that it was in closed loop. I then added some Wurth fuel injector cleaner in the tank and ran at 2000 rpm for about 5 minutes. I was amazed to see the oxygen readings go from 2.89% to just 0.40%, Hydrocarbons come down to 36 ppm's and CO drop to 0.029% within that 5 minutes!!! No more misfire and purfect running! I must admit I have never had results that good ever before, or was it just luck??? Sorry for the long post Peter, Gunner.
