Not even being elite in a lowlife conference says it all. Hoping that Mr Acker can do something special.

It’s likely not possible, but Long Beach may have to reimagine its athletic program in a conference that requires more travel. I don’t see anyone on that list really looking to be in the Big West other than, maybe, SF State. I think Davis and SLO eventually leave. If the answer is the Big West becoming a D1 conference with training wheels for programs trying to move up, I don’t like the future. Previous Message
Any of the WCC schools listed plus future WCC admit Grand Canyon would be great additions but highly unlikely.
