There is no point. All I care about anymore is competing well within our weight class and enjoying the moments when they come along.

LB MVB is the only chance where we can still compete with the big boys because the sport is still so limited but that will go away too, when...I don't know. Enjoy it while it lasts! We should be top 5 next year.

Big money can go fight big money and eventually whittle down to a small group who can sustain that. I hope the great majority of schools like us band together and insulate us from this madness, and gladly accept big boy wannabes who are staring down insolvency. I think this may be the only way to avoid a total collapse at our level. And I'll cheer on the collapse of deep pocketed colleges that drain their support dry in this arms race, that may be the only fun thing left to do.
